Called Precision to have my brakes replaced, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. They were able to get me in the same day and took care of the repair without making me feel like I was being talked into things I didn't really need. He explained everything so clearly, and my car is driving sooo much better ever since. Also, his pricing was super reasonable, and I'd recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable shop.

If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable mechanic, I can’t recommend Precision Motor Works enough. I needed my car repaired urgently, and he got me in quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had everything fixed the very same day. Throughout the process, he took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong, what needed to be repaired, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed (or silly). His pricing was also the best I found after getting quotes from several mechanics around the Austin area. It’s hard to find someone who offers both fair pricing and high-quality work, but he absolutely does. What really stood out was his honesty, professionalism, and communication. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic, I highly recommend giving this business a chance. I’ll definitely be returning for any future repairs and recommending him to my friends and family.
